I wake up each morning with an exciting anticipation of getting a call from someone I can help. Before I started this business over ten years ago, I dreamed of helping people by using my mechanical skills. I receive a lot of satisfaction when I see someone’s face change from despair to relief.

When I was in the Navy, I held a top secret clearance. Even though my rate was hull technician, my primary duty on the Roosevelt (CVN-71) was locksmithing.
